This saves a great deal of time since most submittals are sent to the same group every time and same with RFI's. Anyone submitting RFI's and submittals would benefit. This is available in Create & Send in Vista and is very helpful.

In the project settings you only have the option to set one reviewer and one approver. We would like the option to either be able to and additional reviewers/approvers and have a default CC field for all others that may need to be copied on all correspondence. Having the distribution group would go a long way.
