Dear Viewpoint Suggestion Box contributor;
We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

We have multiple entities in Spectrum in a single library using the Enterprise edition. The entities are separate companies with their own name, EIN, and logo. When we setup Team because they are all in one folder they become one in Team. The problem is that when we send out any documents we need to identify each of the business units with their own logo and their is no place to associate the logo with the business unit just the overall company. So our telecommunications subsidiary and building automation division would be sending out communication with the wrong name and logo. This makes Team not functional for them.
The current work around is to put a logo at the job level but this becomes tedious, leaves an opportunity for a missed logo change, and causes a lot of work when we have a new logo.
Can you provide a few examples / use cases? I'm going to mark this as Unlikely to Implement at this point - but want to keep the Suggestion open.
