Allow to choose which jobs to integrate between Team and Spectrum

Currently when trying to integrate Team and Spectrum, you have to map each existing project in Team to a job in Spectrum. If the job in Team is a different business unit from that same job in Spectrum, you cannot map it and therefore you cannot finalize the integration as it will not allow you to save and continue. At that point you either have to delete the job from Team and then add it back from Spectrum as a new project or you have to just stop and not finalize the integration. Should not be an all or none option to be able to finalize the integration. Should be able to map the jobs you want to sync data from Spectrum to Team and move on leaving the others as standalone in Team and Spectrum.
