Please stop sharing Team Contacts Between ALL Viewpoint One customers

We are having issues with OUR contacts that we setup in Vista under PM Firms/PM Firm Contacts because of other Viewpoint Team customers having already setup that same contact.  If another Team customer setup the same contact, we are at the Mercy that they have entered their First Name, Last Name and company name correctly.  If they have not, WE cannot fix it.  

I've been told by support that this is be design and to create a suggestion to change this. If we lookup a company name under the Edit Contact, it's actually listed 3 times because other customers have entered the company name 3 different ways and each time I try and fix it, it reverts back.

Since we setup ALL of our Team contacts in Vista:

1.  We do not want to share our contacts with any other Team customer for reasons I should not have to explain (competition, date security, and the fact that we've not given Viewpoint the permission to do so).
2.  We want to control our contact lists with Vista.  If a name or company name changes, WE will change it.  We cannot wait for the person that originally setup the contact to fix it.

  We will be scoping contacts to enterprises. More info as the design solidifies - but expect movement on this in the short term.

  Add Person should only list OUR Team's contacts Merged

  When you click on "Add Person" it is searching every contact in TEAM for all TEAM customers and not just your own installation of TEAM. The Add Person should only search our company's TEAM user lists.

  When adding contacts it should default to the TEAM that is owned not enterprise - searching would be helpful if it listed the names within local database - similar to when adding emails in outlook. IE - start typing a persons name, and their exist...
