Currently TEAM has the capability of exporting each individual document attachment in the documents tab. We currently have a folder structure set up with numerous documents within. These folders serve as part of the closeout process at the end of the project completion. It is very time consuming to export each individual file. It would be much more efficient to export the entire folder or pick and choose the folders to export

@Jennifer, closeout definitely is intended to keep the folder structure from the Documents module. If it's not doing that for you, please log a case with support so we can look into it.

Thank you Josh ………….. we are currently using the closeout function however it doesn’t keep it all in the folders set up, which is very inefficient for the customer

We plan to improve downloading in bulk in the documents module in the future. However for closeout, you can get an export of the entire documents module with the Project Closeout feature of Team. It currently exports everything in Documents, so you may need to delete some internal folders before sending. But it's probably much easier than downloading individual files.

This concept has restricted the usability on my project for close out documents. In order to turn over these documents in an organized fashion to the owner we need to be able to file by folder then download.
