Typically the foreman does the daily report on our jobs. As the PM I'd like the report to come to me first for review before being finally submitted (by me). I'd like to be able to add photos and any missing information. On the job in question we are a subcontractor but I've asked the GC and apparently it doesn't work this way for them either although they would love this functionality!
