When relating an item to another item that has a revision, currently when selecting an item to relate it to, all versions show up to select with no indication of what revision number. If an old version is selected, the item is related only to that item and doesn't show on the other versions.
If relating to an item that has revisions, the related item should show on all versions of the related item.
