We are having trouble remaining drawings to match the viewpoint format required. I have a project with hundreds of drawings and do not want to rename all the files to match the viewpoint format. The program would be more user friendly if drawings did not require modification. Furthermore if the drawings are renamed then they do not match what external users call certain drawings.

I was just about to submit the same suggestion. I had to change the name of 244 drawings just to be able to upload them because the architect didn't name them like the program likes. Causes a ton of extra work on our part for something that should be pretty simple.

This is our biggest frustration with the Drawings module as the majority of drawing file names will not import properly and would require renaming every time before uploading. That in itself would become a full-time job.
