When a new project is created in TEAM from Vista, all the proejcts settings may not yet be known or there may be changes needed later, but those changes are not being updated in TEAM. The following fields are pulled from Vista, but these also need to UPDATE from Vista to TEAM if there are changes. We may change the project name or address or phone numbers so if they do not get updated in TEAM, the information shared with the team is incorrect.

Concur, I understand Team is currently configured so that once a project is managed in Team it should not be managed in Vista but this is not a viable option for everyone. We have support staff that manage Contract/Project details from the Vista client and these changes need to be pushed or sync'd with Team before we can use this in a full rollout.
