We would like a Void State to clarify a VOID vs a CLOSED state. While we can edit the status and create our own, they do not show on the grid.

I think an additional status of VOID or VOIDED would be helpful.
It was a feature we used in Prolog when we managed them at job we did where we were required to use it. It's not a high priority item but it's useful when RFI's need to be closed out but want to tag them accordingly.

Just reaching out. You might already be aware of this by now. You are able to create a "void" status with a closed state and see them in the grid now. Does this help?
