There are times when building our submittal log that we do not immediately issue each submittal and it remains in the draft state. I would like to suggest the ability to select multiple draft submittals from the grid and be able to issue them in one step versus having to go back and forth from the grid into each submittal individually. This could be implemented by adding the change state option to the bulk edit window.
