In the ANZ region, the 'Ball in Court' term is confusing for multiple clients. It seems that anyone who follows sport get it, but others don't understand it. The others think it sounds unprofessional. Can we have an option to rename 'Ball in Court' as required, like we can already do for other terminology.

BIC is definitely used in the US market. These problems will continue to exist until software companies allow all titles to be changed to meet regional / language differences. If you use FieldView, you get to experience color spelled incorrectly or other weird nuances of the english language. Need more customization!

Ball in court is used across all construction software's that i have been exposed to, adding some more customization features could be nice though.
