Click and Drag Folder Structure - both Folders and Contents

We should be able to click-and-drag entire folder structures into Team from Windows Explorer.  When dragging a folder that contains files, only the files within the parent folder are copied; the parent folder is not created.  Child folders and files within these folder are not copied at all.  We have to manually create folders and then manually drag files into the folders.

    One of our users took 6 full hours just to get existing folders and files added to Team as they had to manually create every folder, subfolder etc. Why is this still not a feature?

    I have been given to understand that a update to the Team server with 'webkitdirectory' makes it possible to bulk copy folders and contents

    This would be very helpful for us because prior to adding a project to TEAM there is already an existing file structure created from the bid which includes many sub folders like Plans, Specs etc
