Since deleting projects from TEAM also removes RFI's, Submittals, Documents, Drawings, etc., we would much prefer to "hide" these projects from standard lists and search. There are times where a project may have been deleted, but the information associated with the project is needed at a later date. Hiding the project would provide the benefit of keeping active project lists and searches short for usability while also retaining the project data. A checkbox could be added to each row in the Projects page grid for "Hide;" another checkbox could be added above the grid for "Show Hidden Projects." Once hidden, projects are invisible throughout TEAM but can be made visible again if deemed necessary.
