If a submittal is approved, approved as noted or rejected, it's final state is listed as "closed" There does not seem to be a way to see what the outcome was on a submittal other than opening up the submittal itself. It would be helpful if a new column could be added on the submittal register that would always track the approver's response to a submittal.

Basically, we need the Status Column available for the grid on the RFI and Submittal.
