Part A) I want to create a filter so my engineer can clearly see what is in his court. His is tagged as an additional approver. I cannot sort by his company or name to make anything appear. I'd like to be able to sort by Additional Approvers. It appears as though the submittal is in the Architects court, it doesn't even see my engineer at the next tier.
Part B) When trying to find a work around for the above issue, I noticed that the Additional approver column cannot be sorted alphabetically by clicking on the top heading (in submittals). From my test, all other headings change the cursor to a hand and finger if they're able to be sorted. The Additional Approver column remains and arrow.
