The current Submittal Cover Sheet in Team, does not have the Contractor or Architects address appearing as they do in regular Vista. As we still need to send samples to the Architect that have been logged in Team, the addresses need to be on the cover sheet to show where the samples need to be shipped to.

Dear Viewpoint Suggestion Box contributor;
We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

We really need access to more of the submittal information in the template. Submittals in Team will be all but unusable for us without them.
This feature would make submittals and RFI's usable in Team. You could leverage PM Firm Contacts from Vista as the data entry point. It really doesn't make sense to have to enter it twice onto a custom cover sheet when it could easily pull from the Vista database.
While we do have the ability to include a project mailing address as a merge field, we still cannot include a architect's mailing address from Vista. The address would need to be added as static text on the submittal cover page template and then upload that file as a enterprise cover sheet or project cover sheet. These steps would need to be repeated any time that address needs to change. I've been told we're looking to change the status on the suggestion to something other than Shipped since the address does not pull from Vista.
I agree with you on this one - there are many requests here for changes to the templates though so to accommodate the variations we're starting work soon on a feature to allow customers to customize their cover sheets for all items on an enterprise-wide or project-specific basis.
It will work similarly to the Word templates in Vista Create & Send but with a few improvements around reliability and a quick preview/validation tool to take some of the trial & error out of editing a template.
This would be helpful because when we are issuing samples we need to print the cover page to send along with the samples to the architect. Often times we hand this packet off to an admin to mail out for us. Without an address on the cover page they have no idea where to send it.
