add entire security groups to project permissions Merged

we have some offices with 3-8 estimators or project managers and we want all estimators to have access to the projects in their area. It would be much easier to add a group instead of each individual user. Also, with group security, once you add the group, it is done.  New employees(estimators or PM's) could start and just add them to the group and they already have access to all jobs. Adding a new employee to every job would be timely.

  This is a great idea.  To add to it, when creating a Project it would be nice if you could copy securities from one job to another.

  Ability to add groups of users to projects in a role Merged

  It is tedious to add users to projects by selecting individuals. It would be better if we could create groups and then add the groups to the projects. Example: North Region Grading could be a group of superintendents, foremen, and project engineer...
