Markups done in Bluebeam do not show up on the viewpoint team PDF attachments

When you mark up a sheet in Bluebeam and attach it in viewpoint team (whether for a submittal or RFI), many of the mark ups do not show up when you open the attachment in viewpoint team.  Either the markups do not even appear or they are very distorted. 

This is very concerning especially if you are trying to send an RFI to an owner for approval and many markups do not even show up which can lead to denying the RFI and causing chaos!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I'm going to go ahead and mark this suggestion "not applicable" for now - over the last year we've fixed a number of issues that maybe have been related to this - things like problems viewing specific fonts, highlights being viewed as opaque, or markups being visible in the viewer but not showing up when downloaded.

    Overall I think we've handled most situations where Team wasn't showing the same markups as bluebeam - however if you run into any more scenarios, please log a support case and we'll investigate.

    it is because the file has not been flattened in Bluebeam.  the layers are only visible in Bluebeam. So any markups you create in bluebeam will not show in TEAM.  I believe that is the case in adobe as well if you mark up but not flatten a bluebeam document.

    I found the same issue.  If the document is viewed we do not see the markup, but if we download it we can.   This is not happening on all, just one right now that I know of.   I will put in a case when Clearview is back up and running.

    Alex, can you please create a support case with our Support team for this issue?  We'd like to look into the specifics of the documents you're uploading so we can resolve this.
