We are using Team Standalone until we have Vista Live and integrated with Team. When we setup new Team contacts on a Project it does not allow you to enter the Contacts phone number. Only the below fields are available:
First Name, Last Name
Company, Email Address
You have to access the Contacts tab and then edit each contact to add their phone number. It would be nice to be able to add this when you create the Team contact initially.

Ah, so Tri-North aren't standalone, but the suggestion came Rudy of Lemoine Construction who logged the suggestion. How about I close this suggestion as "implemented" and you create a new suggestion that is focused on imports of contacts from PM Firm Master contacts doesn't bring alone the phone number nor allow a project editor to add one?

We are unable to create a new contact within TEAM as it creates problems for accounting and adds new vendor numbers.
In order to add our contacts to VP TEAM, we have to enter the contact in VP VISTA (PM FIRM MASTER) and the phone number does not transfer over.

When I go into VP TEAM to edit the contact and add the phone number, we are unable to edit ( Juli and I are both Project Editors )

Hello Stacy and Juli, perhaps I'm not understanding the problem. I am able to create a new contact and in the form I can enter a phone number (see below). Can you clarify what problem you are encountering?
