Superintendent needs to be able to create the albums for the photos they are uploading for the project. They are the ones taking most of the photos.

This would be one of the most important aspects of adding this feature. The Superintendent is the main person in the field for the job. Giving them permission to add photos would be vital to making the job flow smooth.

This is incredibly important! PMs take many less photos than the superintendents, therefore, our superintendents need to the ability to add photo albums.
We are still having our superintendents call the PMs (in the office, on their computers) to add photo albums. The ability to add photo albums from a mobile device is only helpful if supers have the ability.
