After a submittal is closed, a lot of companies issue a Purchase Order for those items. It would be advantageous to have another status code or a separate input field available to see in the column view to identify if the submitted item was ordered or not (manually updated by the purchaser). This is used company-wide in our organization with our current submittal program and necessary for effective and efficient operation.
