RFI Attachments Not Syncing After Update

Before the update on August 3, 2018 if you printed your RFI it automatically added the attachments.  Today it has stopped doing this.  Did it really get eliminated in the update or is this a glitch?  Either way it should be fixed immediately as this is very important.

    Mary, we believe we have identified the root cause and are working on a fix. We hope to have this in place by start of business Monday.

    Would agree there's a problem here. I'm having mixed results with this. Running through a few scenarios with an RFI that had two attachments.  

    • Include Cover Sheet – default

    No attachments included

     

    • Include Cover Sheet
    • Include Comments - checked

    Printed product data attachment sandwiched between generated document.

    Printed again, didn't click or unclick anything - cover and comments checked default.

    Only RFI document, no attachments at all.

     

    • Include Cover Sheet
    • Include Comments.
    • Include History - checked. 

    Cover sheet with drawing attachment (no prod data) sandwiched in between cover pages.

    Second time with same options as defaults. Same sandwiched, but the product data, not drawings.

     

    • Include Cover Sheet
    • Include Comments
    • Include History > unchecked. 

    Uncheck the history, only the cover sheet generated.

     

    • Include Cover Sheet
    • Include Comments > unchecked.

    Only the cover sheet generated.

    Alyssa, I was able to reproduce this failure but was able to print the attachment properly when I changed the print options - include comments or history (for a work-around while we fix the root cause).
