It would be helpful to allow users to define the ordering of both comments and history within a Submittal Bundle. Currently, Comments are added to the End of a Documents (some of which are 100s of pages long). Comments need to be at the front of a document. Please allow users to define the ordering similar to how you can reorder attachments.
