When you scroll through submittals if it is complete they are all marked CLOSED. It would be very helpful if it was labeled with the architect review. For example instead of closed it should say
APP - Approved
NET - No Exceptions Taken
R&R - Revise & Resubmit
and so on. Whatever the architect labeled it is what the "state" should be. Also, when a submittal is revise and resubmit it should automatically make/open the next submittal number for you.
