This would be one less step in the Team portal that we have to make. We would like to have the ability to change how the file names of exported Submittals/RFI's.

Having a template for the file naming would save us loads of time in renaming. Our standard name convention is submittal number - spec - spec sequence Submittal/RFI Title.
