We need the ability to have multiple reviewers, but currently, those multiple reviewers are able to provide multiple answers. As the General Contractor, we need to be able to better align who has the FINAL review status. We expect the lead architect to give their final stamp of approval, after other disciples have provided their input and additional reviewers. We have received conflicting responses back since multiple reviewers are providing responses.

Approver: Lead Architect
Additional Viewers: the Lead Architect's consultants
Lead Architect is the only one that can change the status and put the item back in our court. It is their responsibility to provide 1 comprehensive approval.
Current setup is causing costly mistakes.
