Ability to change/alter RFI Printed Form

RFI form prints with note at bottom which does not apply.  Being canned language, this note is better determined by User than Team.  Require ability to either delete note or alter it.

    Agree with you - that canned language wasn't necessary on the RFI PDF form and we removed it. We're working on a couple things to improve from here though:

    • Standard distribution language - the option to set your own note (defaulted from language set at Project or Enterprise level) in that space and in the email notification when releasing an approved submittal or marking an RFI as answered (e.g. "respond in 5 days with any cost or schedule impact")
    • Custom cover sheets - design your own cover sheet in Word and populate it with the relevant fields in Team on an enterprise-wide or project-specific basis
