When an additional responder receives an e-mail that the main responder provided an answer to an RFI they are unable to add an additional response.
The top of the e-mail form states" Reply to this message and your response will be added as a comment on the RFI.
The return e-mail becomes DoNotRelpy@viewpoint.com
This results in an undeliverable error being returned.
