If I have a contact that's been CC'd on several submittals and now wish to remove them, we need a way to "bulk" remove them. The Bulk Edit option as it currently works, only allows me to add, not remove.
For example, on a project, the Owner's Rep thought they wanted to be cc'd on all submittals. Of course, they don't need all those notifications and now do not want to be cc'd - but we have to go into EACH submittal to remove them.

Having to submit one at a time is time consuming. The option to do a bulk remove would be faster, more efficient.
