Is there a way that we can limit the number of notifications that we receieve? The architect on one of my project is receiving notifications whenever something is uploaded, downloaded, modified, or changes ball in court. As a project editor, I don't mind receiving all these emails but since he is just a Collaborator, I think there should be a way to limit the number of notifications that they receive.

There seems to also be some double ups of notifications, for example we recently had a project where a new architect joined in and several submittals were forwarded to them for action. Our team received one notice that the submittal was forwarded and a second notice at the exact same time listing the change in personel assigned to the submittal. One would have been plenty and I like the suggestions of limiting these, whether as a project setting or personal setting, as long as some of the primary notices remain untouched (ball in court, overdue, etc).

We have an architect that wants this type of notifications but the consultants (approvers on Submittals) only get one notifications. How do we setup notifications for uploads?
