At the end of the job, I need to print all submittals. It would be much faster if I could print all submittals at once.

You can actually do this with the Closeout feature. Go to Project Settings -> Closeout and click Export - there you can get PDFs of all submittals in a project at once (and everything else, if necessary). We would eventually like to add a "print multiple" option from the grid so but for now hopefully this works.
