At present we have staff adding companies into our contacts with dummy emails and names because they need them there to show that subcontractor was on site that day in the daily log.
It would be preferable to have an option to build up a company list for such items that doesn't require setting them up in contacts - particularly as in this instance it's not a particular person.
Considering the lack of security levels means our staff can just add new contacts we would much rather they have an option that doesn't cause problems in our contacts database.
