A notification should be sent to the issuer, trade, & all CC'd when a file is uploaded to a submitted shop drawing. This will ensure that all parties are made aware of changes to reviews & allow for more timely returns of shop drawings to trades.

Notifications in Team only happen with clicking on Submit, Approve/Reject or adding a comment. If a consultant opens a Submittal after they have approved or rejected it, then adds an updated drawing, no one on the Submittal is alerted to it and will not there is another version.
