If you misspell a Document Folder like Safety "i"ncidents you cannot rename it or add a Safety "I"ncidents folder, case sensitive test happens. Would prefer right click on folder and rename. Right now it looks like I have to create a fake folder move my documents, delete the misspelled folder, create the right folder spelling, move documents, delete fake folder.

The Pencil tool is not active, you can faintly see it but it is not active so renaming a folder is not possible. See the bottom image below and you will faintly see the inactive pencil. If we need to do a webex let me know.

Click the checkbox to 'select' the folder, then the pencil will light up.

The pencil is not active, see attached, I am on the folder and can see a shadow of the pencil.

Not sure I understand. You can edit a folder name by selecting it and hitting the pencil in the toolbar.
