Since Architects do not like the word "Approved" as a "State" I tried "Final Review" but it was truncated to "Final Revi. Looks like 10 characters. 15-20 characters should cover anyone. See attached.

In the 2.4 release we extended the State labels to 15 characters. Unfortunately we ran into some limitations that kept us from expanding them any larger without significant rework.

We wanted to change "In Review" to "Awaiting Approval" but it gets cut off. All custom fields need to be extended to 20 characters.
