A tool to build a submittal cover sheet

From a recent demo:

The ability to build a submittal package cover sheet or summary sheet, with a TOC or a list of attachments, could save time vs. entering this kind of data manually during workflow.

Any update on this?  It would be nice to check all the items you want to submit under 1 cover sheet/package and then have that cover sheet populate with all of those line items listed on it such as the example I uploaded previously that was created using Vista submittal package.  As part of this, these items would all be linked together with that package line item that is sent to the Architect for review and approval.  Once it is approved and sent back, I would like to be able to mark this package line item approved and have all other linked line items change to approved as well such as Vista does.

Please see attached cover sheet I created for TEAM using Viewpoint Vista PM Submittal Package.  It would be nice if TEAM had this capability to package line items into one file to send to the Architect.

Most agencies we work with require the use of their specific form. We work almost exclusively with Public Agencies. Without the ability to utilize their form, the agency will not participate in TEAM. There must be a way to fully customize the Cover Sheet.

This is showing as Shipped, but there is no TOC, list of attachments etc.

Most of the Projects we still see the requirement for a review stamp though more advanced Engineers are now moving in the direction of review comment sheet in lieu of stamp and internal comments.

To clarify my last entry - Drawing Number data field should be used on Submittal data entry & RFI data entry. You may consider giving the user's the ability to add data fields as needed in the the submittal and RFi modules. Submittal transmittal cover sheet is typically a spec requirement of the review engineer per the General Conditions. I am surprised VP doesn't already have this option in the software. What is the current timeline to have the submittal transmittal sheets activated and ready for users?

We are new members to Viewpoint Team platform. We are excited about the potential of the software, and we think the submittal cover feature will enhance the software to a  more powerful useful level. I would like to suggest that VP add a data entry field to reference a drawing/sheet no. This would be similar to the spec section data field. Also I would like to submit our submittal transmittal cover sheets as examples. We current use Google Forms with a publisher application that uses "tags" to place the data in our submittal cover. This may be a solution for Viewpoint and this technique could also be used in the email correspondence similar to a mail merge function. Please fee free to contact me if you need any clarification. Jeremy,

See the transmittal template attached that we use at Sachse Construction. We would like this to be implemented as a transmittal sheet to be attached with submittals. The information gets autopopulated from the submittal data.

    Jeremy:
Please see attached Sbmtl coversheet we are using currently from TEAM print page (we added stamps for our logo and review stamp areas) and one we are utilizing from VISTA.

    Thank You,

    Hi Brendan,

We are planning to build out a submittal sheet that will allow users to download, print and receive it in pdf format with their notification.  We are looking to deliver in Oct/Nov time frame.  Would love some feedback on layout or examples of sheets you have used on some jobs.

    thanks - Jeremy
