Once a New Submittal Item has been entered, how do you edit the item if it needs to be modified or corrected?

  Good question;

  We actually provide a couple ways to edit an item.

  1. Open the item by clicking on the submittal ID, in th upper right hand corner you will see what looks like a pencil - click on that and that will put the item in edit mode.
  2. In the Submittal register you can select one or multiple submittal items at one time by clicking the select box to the left of the submittal ID.  Then click on the "pencil" icon to the far right of the screen to open up the bulk edit screen.  This will allow you to update multiple submittal items at the same time.
