When approving/reviewing a submittal an approver currently assigns a status code. When the submittal gets to the next step to be Released (or Close & Notify), that user has the ability to assign a status code as well. This is redundant and creates room for error. The Approver's status is the one that counts - if the releaser selects a different status code they have now sent the wrong message, and if they don't select a status code the email notification does not include the Approver's status. After the Approver selects a status the following step needs to pre-fill the Approver's status and make it read-only
