I looked and could not find anything, but is there a way to notify all of your contacts with one single e-mail?, i.e. I have uploaded the most current plans to the Documents folder and I would like everybody to know that it is there.

It would also be helpful to email people who have not accepted the invitation or have not bene invited to the project. Many of our GCs and vendors will not participate in TEAM. It would be helpful to be able to send and track emails back and forth with the project.

How about when sharing a folder to a group and making comment about what the documents and folder is shared for, having record of who the folder was shared with and when including the comments. Need communication records somewhere which is very important if reference is needed and in knowing who items were sent to!!

Please consider voting for the ability to add security groups to the document folders and create a template with those security groups that can be apllied to the next project. See link below.

A few updates on this one - we did ship the ability to "Share" multiple files/folders/documents like Bobby mentioned above.
Distribution groups will be available in the Docs & Drawings Share feature soon
Deep links will work for documents & drawings soon as well - so in the scenario Bobby mentions - if you open a link to a document on mobile you'll be directed to the document in the app, not on the web
We're also looking into implementing a generic email/transmittal feature that will let users share a selection of items all across Team as-needed along with a message for communication that isn't specifically around new documents or drawing sheets

You can actually now share the updated files in an email notification. See attached. We just share the folder where it was updated because if you share the file it works ok with the link on computer but if you click the link on mobile device it will not open the file because it does not open it in App but full web version and there is a quirk in the system trying to open pdf viewer in full web on mobile device . It will however open the folder. Hope this helps

Any update on this item? I see constant requests on how to mass notify people for specific updates like drawings and documents.The distribution groups help for RFIs/submittals but drawings and documents were forgotten. Please add this feature.
