Submit Your Suggestions for Viewpoint Team

Devise a way for Enterprise Admins to manage library of public views.

I have been trying to create a few standard views for users to apply and set as defaults. In the process there are several that I'd like to get rid of but am unable to do that from the Configuration menu. There needs to be a way to manage these views - like the way the Vista Work Center views are manageable.

    Agree, we want to make these project-based, manageable, and default-able by role

    Messer just discovered this today. We experienced our first duplicate of these and one that was specific to one subcontractor that was made public. We were unaware that public views are actually public to the entire Viewpoint Team system to our whole company, not just public to that specific job. More work is needed in this area.
