When we send an RFI response to affected subs there is standard language we include that notice which requests notice of cost or schedule impacts from the subs. Could that be added to part of the set up in the Vista company parameters and be edited at the project level and pulled out to Team? (Similar to the Submittal days info?) From here it could pull into the comments section of the Marked As Answered entry screen.
