Company validation needed

Add Contact and entering a “partial” company name without picking from the drop down list will create a new Firm in Vista. It is too easy to make this mistake. Needs to be tightened up.
There is not any validation in TEAM if you add a contact on the fly to see if the “company” exist in Vista, likely because of various possible spellings. A “smart” validation I needed.
