Many, many of our Trades are not setup in Team nor will they ever be (Demo, Excavation to just name a few). In Vista, the Subcontractor tab Firm Lookup lists all firms setup in that company. In Team, it only searches the companies assigned to Team Contacts.
This prevents us from entering the majority of Trades on the logs thus cannot use Team Daily Logs. We would never setup an Excavation or Demolition company in Team so why is the Organization field require it? These companies are in Vista because we Tender and Subcontract them but they won't ever use Team.

Yes, I agree that we should be able to pull from Vista or Spectrum. The same goes for employees, we must enter all their information into the payroll module of Vista or Spectrum, so we should not have to re-enter them again in Teams. For the employee’s 97 % of they will never be using Teams, but we still need to enter their names in, so we can use them in the daily log. Also, with being a construction company 90% to 95% of the trades are transient, they will be on this construction job today and we may not see them again for years on a different project. Teams Daily log does give you the option to click on Spectrum for pulling names but that is as far as it goes.
