Currently the only description for a doc in Documents Module is the actual file name. When in receipt of docs from clients, subs, or owner, we must maintain original file name but this does not allow a field for further clarified description. We need an additional Data Field for this purpose.

Recently, a tag field was added to Drawings, something similar is needed for Documents. We upload client files and can not alter file names for additional description. An additional field to describe file is needed still.
