"Copy Previous" Icon is too easily activated with one click and can be done accidentally. The notification that appears is in a flash and if refresh is not immediately done, someone can activate copy previous work without knowing immediately.
Can this icon for Copy Previous in Work Area not be so easily activated? Perhaps a Notification that hangs until next action? Perhaps a Notification which adds additional step - "are you sure"... Duplicated logs have been unknowingly created because of the easiness to activate this feature.
Additionally, there is nothing in Help Section which gives any assistance.
Adding below for information that this "trigger happy icon" may be the reason why logs are unwittingly created.
I created a Daily Log and Deleted it. I made a new one and now, Team is generating duplicate Daily Logs. [Viewpoint Team//Daily Logs - Team]
For now, Delete the duplicate logs
There is a current Software Issue where a deleted Daily Log is stil populating and creating 2 or more duplicate Daily Logs.
We are still investigating the root cause

Accidentally, someone on one of our project's activated Copy Previous,,,which stated above is easy to do since icons to add work item and copy previous are very close together. Daily Log History is unable to identify that it occurred or who did it. Will open another suggestion for better Daily Log History files but these items are related. Daily Logs needs some improvements to make the module work more efficiently.
