It would be helpful to have the ability to select from a template message that I've created when sending a correspondence in Team.
For example. When issuing a submittal to a vendor, in the dialog box prior to sending, the comments box area would have the ability to select a pre written message or template.
I feel this would help me standardize my communications to the recipients, with less time thinking about how to write it.
This is similar to how Gmail has template emails.
