It would be extremely beneficial to have a pinned post at the top of the forum with your current Road Map of Team suggestion topics being worked on. It should include the topics, which stage of implementation they are in, maybe percent complete, and tentative release dates. The Road Map could be updated bi-weekly or once a month even just to keep us in the loop of progress. This would in turn help us get our users excited for upcoming changes.
I only suggest this as sometimes we see these suggestions that are sitting in various stages of implementation that had been created over a year prior. Then they may sit in one of these stages for an extended amount of time. This would help show the community where your focus is and to reinforce a strong community relationship with clear and open communication.
