We would like the option to turn off automatic notifications from going out every time we link an RFI to a markup on a drawing. We already notify all contacts when an RFI is complete using distribution groups. People do not need additional emails sent to them whenever we feel like linking the finished item to a markup.

this would be very helpful as no one wants to get 20, 30 or more emails.
