To streamline the work flow of individual users, would be helpful for them to fill out one log. For example, as a shipyard we have a dedicated QA person go to a job site and perform a Gas Free inspection every day before start of work. This person doesn't need to record the weather or the equipment used. Would like to create one log for this person and a separate log for other persons visiting the site for more general QA/EHS inspections.
